Looks loved this month- July

I haven't done one of these in ages but I really like doing them so I'm going to start again!

These are the looks I have been lusting after in July:

Bianca from Avant Blargh

This is the cutest dress! It reminds me of being little, but is brought bang up to date with that beige oversized blazer. I love Bianca's style because she nails androgynous looks.

Olivia Palermo at the Christian Dior Haute Couture show.

This looks so clean and crisp- I am a bit obsessed with anything holographic so I adore the skirt and the embellished belt is also stunning. Personally I would lose the cuffs and maybe go for a different shoe/bag, but I like the rest so much it doesn't matter.

Silvia from The Stunning Look

I love this sports luxe look, and the location is perfect! I've seen both these items in H&M and I wouldn't normally notice the trousers, but Silvia makes them look very covetable.

Camilla from Into the Fold

This coat is ammaaaazzzinngg. I can't believe it's from Next, I really need it in my life. I love how it looks so fresh here with the white dress/shoes and beige bag. So crisp and still summery despite the autumn-ness of the rest of the outfit.

Do you like these looks as much as me?

Boots River Island

Today I went to the V&A to see the Club to Catwalk exhibition which, according the the website, "showcases the bold and exciting new looks by the most experimental young designers of the decade, including Betty Jackson, Katharine Hamnett, Wendy Dagworthy and John Galliano". It was an interesting exhibition, I learned that apparently everyone in the 80s was gay and the outfits people wore clubbing were mental. I can't say the decade is my favourite fashion-wise but they certainly had guts!

On Friday night I revisited another decade of my youth and went to see 90s classic Clueless at a pop-up cinema in Portobello market. It was just as banging as always. 'Oh no...this is an Alaia...' Haha you've got to love Cher. Although I studied the film in a more fashion-y way on Friday than I did in my youth and I think I actually prefer Dee's outfits. Especially the crop top and floral skirt combo she wears to the 'Val' party.

I wonder which fashionable films the teens of today will look back on in 15 years and reminisce? The Devil Wears Prada maybe?

OOTD: Twin leopards

Crop top Topshop
Skirt River Island
Sandals Zara
Necklace River Island

I wore this combo to take a trip to visit my boyfriend's sister and her family, where I had a delicious lunch and was told me a 3 year old that I was a 'real lady'-so wise for one so young!

I thought i'd give this top an outing as I've only worn in once before on a night out. I think it's really cute (I love anything with any sort of big cat on) but it's super cropped, and comes to just below the boob area, so it's not particularly practical. I paired it with this River Island skirt that I've turned to the side so that it looks a bit different (it normally looks like it does in this post). My nails are Fluro Orange by Models Own- they are actually super neon, the picture doesn't capture how bright they are at all.

I'm going to my internship again tomorrow- I'm really enjoying it and I'm looking forward to when I will be going more than once a week. I'm a bit gutted as well as I normally go every Monday, but last week due to events at work I had to do Wednesday instead, and I found out they were shooting their AW13 campaign on the Monday and Tuesday. Major sadface. Oh well, hopefully there will be something similar soon I can attend!
